SpicySearch is a search engine that:

• Indexes publicly available OnlyFans creator profile information
• Displays profile images and basic information from public OnlyFans profiles
• Provides links to the official OnlyFans profiles
• Does not host, store, or distribute any copyrighted content from OnlyFans

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content on SpicySearch infringes your copyright, please provide our designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it on our website (URL or specific description)
• Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Filing a Counter-Notice

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located
• A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
